Nurturing leaders for the Dalit Movement
The young professional programme is a leadership programme for the Dalit youth. Through this two-year fellowship, we aim to provide young professionals with opportunities to serve their communities. These professionals, by monitoring and guiding the work of our partners in different zones, will learn an grow into sensitive leaders for the Dalit movement. Dalit Foundation organises various training programmes and workshops for them on subjects such as fundraising, planning, monitoring and evaluation.

Satyendra Kumar, from Bihar has a Master of Social Welfare degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
Anoop Kumar, 29, from Uttar Pradesh holds a Masters in Arts from JNU and is currently pursuing M.Phil.
Pradip G More, 25, from Maharashtra has a bachelor's degree in Social Welfare from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
Chandrakanta Bharti, 28, from Uttar Pradesh has a Masters degree from the University of Allahabad.
Sathish Tarnas, 25, from Tamil Nadu holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Chennai.
Vipul Macwan, 27, from Gujarat holds a bachelor's degree and Post Graduate Diploma in the Human Rights.
